- Dust wall hangings, chairs as needed, trash empty
- Recycling programs – separate as needed
- SDMS are maintained for all cleaning chemicals used in office
- All staff are knowledgeable of HIPPAA and OHSHAA guidelines
- Set closing procedure followed by leads, from locking doors to setting alarm
- Disinfect trash receptacles
- Disinfect phone headset and doorknobs
- Disinfect water fountain and water coolers
- Clean inside microwave
- Regular cleaning of baseboards ventilation ducts and seals
Floors
It’s one of the first things people notice. If the floor is clean, it’s a direct reflection of your care for your facility, and for providing an impeccable environment for your staff and employees.
- Vacuuming all carpeting
- HEPA vacuum cleaners: trap 99.97% of smallest dust particles as you vacuum – HEPA is a healthier vacuum for clients and employees. The HEPA vacuum expels cleaner air back into the air that you breathe
- Sweep and mop all other non-vacuum types of flooring
- We use a commercial grade mop – micro fiber mopping systems
