Examples from our Standard Store Cleaning Checklist

It’s your office.  We clean your office, like it’s our own.  We believe going above and beyond gives you the type of clean you deserve.  

• Dust wall hangings, chairs as needed, trash empty
• Recycling programs – separate as needed
• SDMS are maintained for all cleaning chemicals used in office
• All staff are knowledgeable of HIPPAA and OHSHAA guidelines
• Set closing procedure followed by leads, from locking doors to setting alarm
• Disinfect trash receptacles
• Disinfect phone headset and doorknobs
• Disinfect water fountain and water coolers
• Clean inside microwave
• Regular cleaning of baseboards ventilation ducts and seals

Floors

It’s one of the first things people notice.  If the floor is clean, it’s a direct reflection of your care for your facility, and for providing an impeccable environment for your staff and employees.   

• Vacuuming all carpeting
• HEPA vacuum cleaners: trap 99.97% of smallest dust particles as you vacuum – HEPA is a healthier vacuum for clients and employees.  The HEPA vacuum expels cleaner air back into the air that you breathe
• Sweep and mop all other non-vacuum types of flooring
• We use a commercial grade mop – micro fiber mopping systems
• We also do VCT and tile floor maintenance, carpet and upholstery cleaning

Clean Restrooms

Clean restrooms help to limit the spread of the common cold, and again, say a lot about how much you care.  

• We use anti-bacterial cleaners
• Clean tops of the toilet
• We use concentrated toilet bowl cleaner
• Fan units
• Mirrors
• Bathroom products: refill paper and soap products and air freshener products as needed
• Clean and disinfect seams and counters
• Sinks scrubbed and polished
